1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or installing any StructuredOps™ AI add-on from a B2B platform marketplace, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation, and agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or install our add-ons.

2. Services description

StructuredOps™ AI provides a three-stage operational governance framework delivered as add-ons in B2B platform marketplaces:

• Scout Agent (Add-on 1 — Assessment): Workflow diagnosis and readiness evaluation delivering a STOP/GO recommendation, in-platform.
• Architect Agent (Add-on 2 — Workflow Design): Governed workflow architecture producing a technical blueprint and visual manifest. Available after a Scout Agent GO verdict.
• Enablement Agent (Add-on 3 — AI Enablement): Controlled deployment of governed digital workers within explicitly approved boundaries. Available after an Architect Agent ENABLE verdict.

Each add-on is standalone. Installing one does not obligate you to install subsequent add-ons.

3. Marketplace add-ons

Distribution

All StructuredOps™ AI add-ons are distributed exclusively through third-party B2B platform marketplaces (such as HubSpot App Marketplace, Salesforce AppExchange, Atlassian Marketplace, and others). We do not sell add-ons directly through this website.

The preliminary AI Readiness Check available at structuredopsai.com — including your Readiness Score and STOP / CAUTION / GO verdict — is provided free of charge with no registration required. No payment information is collected on this website.

Marketplace terms

When you install a StructuredOps™ add-on from a marketplace, you are also subject to that marketplace's terms of service, privacy policy, and billing terms. In the event of a conflict between these terms and a marketplace's terms as they relate to billing or payment, the marketplace's terms govern.

Delivery

Add-ons are delivered via the relevant marketplace's installation process. If you experience a technical issue with an installed add-on, contact us at info@structuredopsai.com and we will work to resolve it within 2 business days.

4. Intellectual property

StructuredOps™ methodology

The StructuredOps™ framework, assessment methodology, scoring system, and associated proprietary processes are the intellectual property of StructuredOps AI. These may not be reproduced, resold, or used to develop competing services without written permission.

Deliverables

Upon installation and use of a StructuredOps™ add-on, you receive a licence to use the specific outputs produced (blueprints, manifests, audit cards, readiness scores). This licence is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited to your organisation's internal operations.

Your data

All operational data you provide or that is read from your connected platform remains your property. We do not claim ownership of your workflows, business processes, or platform data.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared in connection with the use of StructuredOps™ add-ons. This includes your operational data, workflow documentation, and business processes, as well as our proprietary assessment methodology.

Confidentiality obligations survive termination of use for a period of 3 years.

6. Limitation of liability

StructuredOps AI provides governance frameworks and recommendations. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from implementing our recommendations or deploying our governed workflows.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StructuredOps AI's total liability for any claim arising from our add-ons or website is limited to the total fees paid by you for the relevant add-on in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We are not liable for any STOP recommendation being disregarded, or for operational outcomes resulting from deployment contrary to a STOP or CAUTION verdict.

7. Payment terms

All payments for StructuredOps™ add-ons are handled by the relevant B2B platform marketplace through which you install the add-on. Pricing is listed within each marketplace at the time of installation. We do not process payments directly on structuredopsai.com.

The free AI Readiness Check on this website requires no payment.

8. Refunds

Refunds for marketplace purchases are governed by the refund policy of the marketplace through which you purchased the add-on. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details and guidance on which marketplace to contact.

9. Termination

You may uninstall a StructuredOps™ add-on at any time through the relevant marketplace. Uninstallation terminates your use of the add-on. Any data associated with the add-on within your platform will be handled in accordance with the marketplace's data retention policies.

We may terminate or suspend access to our add-ons if you breach these terms or use the add-ons in a manner that compromises the integrity of our methodology or the security of other users.

For Enablement Agent deployments, you retain kill-switch authority at all times and may halt agent operations immediately without notice.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or our website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts, without prejudice to our right to seek interim relief in any jurisdiction.

For billing and payment disputes relating to marketplace purchases, the governing law of the relevant marketplace's terms applies.
