Information from third-party integrations
If you connect a third-party platform (such as HubSpot or Jira) to a StructuredOps™ add-on installed from a B2B marketplace, data handling is governed by that platform's marketplace terms and privacy policy in addition to this policy. We access only the workflow data necessary to perform the assessment and do not store your operational data beyond what is required to deliver the add-on's output.

4. Payments & billing data
StructuredOps™ AI add-ons are sold exclusively through B2B platform marketplaces (such as HubSpot App Marketplace, Salesforce AppExchange, Atlassian Marketplace, and others). We do not process payments directly on structuredopsai.com.
All billing, invoicing, and payment data for marketplace purchases is handled entirely by the relevant platform marketplace provider. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment card details. For questions about charges or billing for a marketplace add-on, contact the relevant marketplace provider's support directly.
5. Cookies & browser storage

Our AI Readiness Assessment uses your browser's session storage to temporarily hold your assessment responses during the session. This data exists only in your browser, is never transmitted to our servers, and is cleared when you close your browser tab.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to deliver our services and meet our legal obligations. Assessment data and correspondence is retained for a maximum of 3 years unless you request earlier deletion. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
